Great Rum Drinks

Pina Colada
- 2 oz white rum
- 1 oz coconut cream
- 1 oz heavy cream
- 6 oz fresh pineapple juice
- ½ cup crushed ice
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Garnish with some fun fruit or tiny umbrellas and serve.
Mojito
- 2 oz white rum
- 1 oz. lime juice or 3 to 4 lime wedges
- Mint leaves (a small handful)
- Simple syrup
- Club soda
Place mint leaves, limes and simple syrup into a glass and muddle.
Pour in the ice and rum. Add a splash of club soda and shake or stir. Garnish with mint leaves and limes.
Strawberry Daiquiri
- ¼ cup White Rum
- 2 cups Frozen Strawberries (or fresh but frozen is great for frozen blended drinks)
- 2 tablespoons Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice (optional)
- 2 cups of Ice Cubes
- ¼ cup sugar (optional)
Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
*Can be made with a mix of pretty much any fruit
Mai Tai
- 1 1/2 oz White rum
- 1/2 oz Fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz Orange curaçao
- 1/2 oz Orgeat syrup
- 3/4 oz Dark rum
Shake all ingredients except the dark rum together in a mixer with ice. Strain into glass full of ice. Add the dark rum to the top. Garnish with cherries and/or pineapple wedges. Add a straw and maybe a fun little paper umbrella.
